Terms and conditions

Our “SHUTTLE VIP” tariffs consist in the transport of passengers as well as a maximum of two items of luggage per person. Please contact us in advance for a specific quote if there is additional luggage. Also, standard sized cases and back packs are considered luggage. Bicycles, boxes, animal crates and items of furniture are not accepted as luggage and subsequently are not included in the tariffs presented and prior notification is required.

Also, if the passenger has special needs (wheelchair users, passengers with hearing or speech difficulties etc.) we need to know in advance at the time of booking to be able to provide this service.

Waiting time is 55 minutes at the airport meeting point for the “SHUTTLE” service. We have allowed 55 minutes after landing so that customers can reclaim their luggage before getting to the meeting point. The driver will wait a maximum of two hours. If your flight is delayed the driver will be waiting until the arrival of your aircraft.If delayed please telephone No: 0033 148 585 404 or 0033 623 71 86 87.

The meeting point for airport pickups is in the hotel lobby about 3 hours before international flights and 2 hours before European and national flights, unless there are exceptional circumstances decided by the airline companies.

Departure bookings in Paris or the area around Paris must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance by ringing the following telephone number: 01.48.58.54.04.

Failure of the customer to comply with procedures for arrivals or departure releases SHUTTLE VIP from the duty to perform the service.

SHUTTLE VIP allows a 30 minutes margin as regards the time allocated to allow for difficult traffic or road conditions.

We are not responsible for any items forgotten in the vehicle. If an item is found in the vehicle, the delivery costs (transfer of item or postage) shall be at the owner’s expense. Ø Drivers reserve the right to refuse to carry passengers who are drunk or behaving in a way likely to cause problems during the transfer.

We undertake to compensate the passenger for the difference in cost between the SHUTTLE VIP service and the service the passenger was obliged to use (on presentation of a bill), if SHUTTLE VIP was unable to provide a transfer or a replacement vehicle could not be sent. This compensation may also take the form of a free transfer voucher. This is only valid from the time the customer contacted us and when we informed him/her that we were unable to provide a service.

SHUTTLE VIP shall not be held responsible for delays due to :

- Strikes or demonstrations - Road accidents involving major traffic disruption and road closures - Adverse weather conditions (floods, storms, snow-falls etc.)
